Manager - Talent Acquisition - Real Estate/Media Firm

We are hiring for an MNC Company located in Bangalore Shivaji Nagar.

The company is a 5 days working (Work from office).

Qualification - Full time MBA / PGDBA HR, business administration.

Position - Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Profile :

1. Be a strategic talent partner to the business and play a key role in manpower planning and organizational design in line with long-term business objectives.

2. Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a recruiting.

3. Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting, employer branding initiatives and working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Team player and collaborator, critical and analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

4. Work on hiring across levels and functions, Coach, mentor, and guide the recruiters in the Talent Acquisition team and provide thought leadership in hiring for unique and niche roles. Measure the talent team's performance through.

5. Metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience score, employee referrals as a source of hire and diversity hiring. Actively contribute to the performance and development of the Talent Acquisition team.

6. Interviewing technique and uphold a high bar for culture-based selection processes.

7. Manage our external partnerships with colleges, recruitment consultants, headhunters and HR software vendors.

Candidate Profile:

- 6-7 years of experience as a strategic TA specialist

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
