Manager Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities :
- To take overall responsibility and accountability for the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Strategy.
- Will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in a company.
- To manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team to source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of functional disciplines across the business nationally.
- To play a pivotal role in consulting with HR, Operations and Learning & Development teams to continually deliver comprehensive support and talent sourcing best practice and strategy across the business.
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectation.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Knowledge of designing JDs for the desired roles.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
