Key responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Liaise with recruitment consultants
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings
- Negotiate job offers and manage the on boarding process for new hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
- Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
Talent Development
- Support in designing and implementing training and development programs based on the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organization
The Successful Applicant :
- Master's or MBA degree in Human Resource from a reputed national / international university
- 4 to 6 years of experience in core Human Resource function, especially Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- have a deep understanding of the real estate industry to effectively match candidates with the company's needs and culture ( preferred)
