Candidate must have:
1. Experience in hiring for BFSI sectors, specifically Banks, NBFC- s, financial consulting firms for entry to senior level roles
2. Experience in working with HR recruitment Agency preferred
3. Experience Talent Mapping required
4. Customer focus and the Agile mindset
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end requirement needs for one or more business units
- Understand the business requirements thoroughly and partner with them to achieve the talent strategy for business
- Device sourcing strategy attract the best talent at the optimum cost
- Drive programs for business to improve on talent
- Build strategic connections with an internal client as well as external vendors
- Constant monitor the recruitment cost by using effective channels
- Proactively build and create the on-going flow of candidates pipeline at all levels
- Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting
- Extensively create firm's presence in the market whether in India or overseas
- Develop, manage and train the team
- Curate and build extensive market intelligence from the vendors
- Ensure the source mix and SLA for the open requirements is maintained
