About the client: Our client is a leading start up in the QSR space with operations PAN India as well as global.
Reporting: Founder
- Lead PAN India hiring, specifically sales and operations
- Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy
- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm
- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally on boarding process
- Work towards employer branding both internally and externally and drive referrals as one of the most important sources of hiring
- Manage end to end operations, employee queries and grievances, payroll and drive the entire HR activity
Successful candidate:
- Must have experience in the QSR Industry
- Years of experience between 6-10 with at least 4 years managing end to end Talent Acquisition
- MBA not a necessity
