Job Description :
1. Formulating the annual operating plan for the manpower needs of the organisation - channels, budgeting, timelines
2. Partnering with the business and creating a sound and effective hiring strategy
3. Managing the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition for both lateral and campus channels
4. Hands on experience in periodically reviewing vendor performance and actively scouting for new channel partners to support the hiring mandates
5. Leading a team of 3-4 resources to drive the hiring plans and execute the vision of the firm
6. Collating and synthesizing talent market insights to support the decision making process for stakeholders
