Execute & implement end-to-end recruitment for all departments & other activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business
- Maintain Recruitment Dashboards for the organization & analyze recruitment metrics, like source of hire, time-to-hire, hiring cost, quality of hire , length of service of hire, etc.
- Analyse the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time.
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.
- Effectively communicate the Employer Brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters.
- Work towards creating an employer brand, increase social visibility to attract high quality talent through all media channels, social media
- Design job descriptions, interview questions and written test for junior level positions.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic/face to face screenings, reference checks etc.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Take ownership of candidate experience by ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
Hiring done at all levels - leadership, bulk, factory, campus
Someone from Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, Diagnostics is preferred.
