Manager - Talent Acquisition - Pharma

- Master or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

- Leading a team of 3-4 people

- This position reports to GM-HR

KRA :

- Accountable to deliver 12-15 leadership roles in house & international roles

- Build strong partnership with senior stakeholders

- Work on projects as relevantly assigned by Head of Recruitment

- The incumbent is also accountable to deliver majority of the international roles in house

- Develop dashboards/processes for leadership and international recruiting

- The incumbent will also manage critical roles that may not necessarily at Leadership level

- Develop relevant metrics & performance dashboards in conjunction with the Head of Recruitment

- Compliance to related systems and processes internally

- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
