Manager (Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Statutory Compliance)

Manpower Planning & Recruitment:

- Manage hiring and selection.

- Ensure smooth delivery targets & TAT for multiple locations within assigned areas.

- Planning, Sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and On-boarding.

- Establish and adapt new age hiring methodology like social recruiting.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

- Determine selection criteria.

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews.

- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.

- Design job descriptions and interview question repository that reflect each position's requirements.

Lead employer branding initiatives.

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by functions/Business.

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants & potential candidates determine and recommend employee engagement practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship.

Payroll & Statutory:

- Responsible for the monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and proper reports for payroll related.

- Handling and completing the various audit.

- Generate payroll reports and forward to the Accounts for timely payment as well as to the managers/management as and when needed for decision-making.

- Study and adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant laws.

- Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees.

- Handle employee grievances about salaries as well as other issues.

- Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with upcoming changes of statutory ordinance and government requirements.

- Maintaining statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT etc. & timely payments before due dates.

Qualification And Experience:

- MBA in Human Resources or a related field with Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar role with a Manufacturing Industry.

- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, attendance and leave management, Statutory Compliance and recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to foster a positive workplace culture through daily interactions, energize employees, create a vibrant environment with engaging activities, and innovate to enhance overall employee satisfaction and involvement.

- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and Google Suite.

- Experience with HR analytics and reporting is a plus.
