Manager - Talent Acquisition - PAN India Retail Sales Hiring

It will be an IC role

Job Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for PAN India Retail Sales Hirings

- Handling end to end recruitment process

- Handling PAN India Sales hiring

- Stakeholder Management

- Responsible for presenting the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Dashboards

- Identify and map new talent in the market as per business requirements.

- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule

- Salary negotiation

- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process

- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Promote the company's reputation as "The Best Place to Work"
