Role:
Reporting into the DGM HR,you will be responsible for :
- Partnering with multiple businesses on recruitment strategies and managing global stakeholders
- Managing the hiring needs for different business units and ensuring the process is streamlined
- Manage hiring across leadership and lateral
- Partner with other staffing leads and ensuring zero miss on compliance during the process
- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
- End to end vendor management for niche recruitment needs
As a successful candidate :
- You should have 7-8 years of hands on experience in Talent Acquisition in Manufacturing setups
