Talent Acquisition Operation - Manager

Job Description :

- Receive and deal efficiently and effectively with Talent Acquisition enquiries and transaction requests.

- Initiate resolution of Talent Acquisition requirements, process transactions within Company; notify Team Leader/Manager for escalation.

- Record and identify process improvement opportunities and communicate feedback to relevant stakeholders.

- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date activity records and ensure appropriate and adequate documentation is in place for process actions

- Ensure compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies on all Talent Acquisition transactions.

- Provide application functional support to the Country Talent Acquisition team Talent Acquisition related activities.

- Provide technical solution for Talent Acquisition related issues by co-ordinating with different cross functional teams.

- Schedule weekly/bi weekly calls with the Country Talent Acquisition team on findings and escalate if needed.

- Prepare Weekly/Monthly/adhoc reports and share the same to Country Talent Acquisition team.

- Deliver Adhoc/Scheduled trainings on specific Talent Acquisition related processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Primarily the support will be to Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, South Africa, UAE & UK and hence the candidate is expected to work in rotational shifts predominantly.

- Fluent Communication Skills - Written and Oral

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point

- Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders, operating across a variety of countries/locations and to communicate effectively at all levels

- Build credibility quickly and work in a fast paced, dynamic matrix environment with challenges

- Exposure to HR Operations and PeopleSoft TAM would be an added advantage.

Requirements :

- Current Designation Should be a Manager/Assistant Manager/Associate Manager

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in team Handling

- Functional Area HR - Talent Acquisition
