JOB ROLE :
- Responsible for non-tech recruiting across verticals .
- Partnered with the leadership team for roles critical for business
- Lead the revamp of onboarding experience for all new hires across India
- Partnering with various stakeholders to understand business priorities.
- Responsible for Pan-India Campus Hiring Strategy, Hiring .
- Handling panel management, monitoring adherence to hiring metrics & ensuring compliance to TAT for scheduling of interview of applicants, salary negotiation and issuance of offer letter.
- Handling the complete post selection process of salary negotiation, profile and location discussion etc.
- Drive campus engagement & employer branding activities on campus/social media
- Responsible for end to end recruitment for mid, Senior and Leadership level PAN India
- SPOC for Pan India Business Development, Transformation and Operations hiring
- Review business specific JD's for successful and long term association post recruitment
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve and streamline the recruitment process
- Experience in volume and niche skill hiring
- Proficient in carrying out successful recruitment drives.
- Handling succession planning for all major verticals
- Responsible for salary negotiations and compensation fitment as per company structure and external benchmarking
- Implementing effective compensation ranges to maintain Internal parity.
- Responsible for negotiating and minimizing all relocation allowances and notice period buyout.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience
2. Graduate /Engineer + MBA
3. Initially will be handling team of 5 .
