Manager - Talent Acquisition - Non-Tech Domain - Hospitality Firm

- The incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive TA agenda of the organization

- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to act as the Strategic Talent Partner to the business

- 6 to 8 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition across non-technology hiring primarily

- Prior experience in start up ecosystem will be preferred

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
