- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent
- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination.
- Recruitment at all levels across the organization. Work on different sourcing strategies & build a strong pipeline of candidates. Manage the end to end hiring process.
- Ensure 100% staffing as per the AOP
- Enhance the portal utilisation by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
- Enhance employee referral programs- Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organisation.
- Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard.
- Managing Recruitment Partners Empanelment and performance monitoring.
