Note - We are looking for candidates who have broad exposure of handling Volume/Bulk hiring specially Sales hiring in Bank/Wealth/Capital Markets based at Mumbai. Interview mode will be F2F so outstation candidates don't apply until they can come for F2F meeting.

Position: Talent Acquisition Manager (Volume/Bulk hiring)
Company: Well renowned & popular Wealth Management firm

Location: Mumbai, Corporate Office (WFO)

Ctc- 14-17 LPA

Experience: 4-10 years exp post MBA

Qualification: Regular MBA/PGDM from Institute of repute

Joining time: Immediate or early joiners preferred

Industry Experience: Bank/Wealth Management/ Capital Markets

Age limit: 35 years maximum

Candidate must have good stability in career. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Skills:

- Hands on exposure on end to end recruitment, sourcing through various platforms.

- Broad exp in bulk/Volume hiring specially Sales hiring is a must.

- Good experience on Non IT volume hiring.

- Well versed on front level sourcing of majorly Non tech positions.

- Experienced in adopting consultative approach through regular interactions with business stakeholders and effective influencing skills, supported by recommendations for fast turnaround of assignment / closure

- Great execution skills focussed & committed, with attention to detail
