Manager - Talent Acquisition - NBFC/Financial Services

Working on a Manager Talent Acquisition role for a NBFC/ Financial Services org based In Mumbai.

Role :

- Planning and implementing effective recruitment strategy- Pan India to achieve organizational goals and objectives

- Manpower Planning & Budgeting

- Planning effective recruitment campaigns(external & internal) to source the right candidates

- Conducting research on the recruitment strategies to meet the recruitment objectives

- Assessing the employment requirements and providing support in human resource management plans

- Working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts

- Sound knowledge of recruitment and interviewing procedures

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and managing the procurement and measurement process

Looking for recruiters/ TA professionals who have handled Bulk/ Volume hiring in the financial services/ Insurance/ Banking domain.
