- Develop, Deploy & Drive Talent Acquisition & Talent positioning strategy across the organization.
- Benchmark & implement new-age TA processes that acts as a catalyst to achieve business plans.
- Strengthen the Source Mix channels to always maintain a Talent Pool for Critical Business Functions.
- Develop & implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organisations hiring needs including short term and long-term workforce planning.
- Identify, recruit and onboard Manpower for all Mid Leadership Roles across the organisation.
- Must effectively & strategically use appropriate recruitment techniques like Head Hunting, Cold calling , Social Media Recruitment etc
- Lead the recruiters across regions to achieve the Organization level TA SLAs. Must monitor, review, track & enable process efficiencies that will help achieve TA targets
- Work closely with the Business Heads in deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget.
- Monitor & Control the Recruitment Budget for Position's Handled
- Ensure Talent Mobility across the functions by leveraging Internal Job Posting process.
- Ensure that recruitment process adherence to all relevant policy and process parameters.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement recruitment dashboards that would provide accurate and real time data analytics for quick decision making.
- Ensure the TA digital platforms are aligned to the changing process and policy documents
- Implement internal and external audit recommendations plans will help in strengthening TA compliance.
- Constantly interact with industry TA experts to understand changing TA trends in terms of process add digital advancements, discuss and advice HR leaders on implementation of required TA process changes
