Job Description

Title: Sr Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business

- Manage all team members and their performance

- Drive operational excellence within the team

- Partner effectively with Human Resources (HR) partners to manage client relationships

- Collaborate effectively with internal partners to ensure a high quality experience for hiring managers, the staffing team and candidates

- Build strong trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers to drive recruiting success

Desired Skills:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience in working effectively in a global context

- Strong managerial experience to manage midsized teams

- Experience using IT enabled recruitment systems,

- MIS, Data Maintenance and Various Trackers

Education:

PG- MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations - with 8 - 12 Yrs of experience within the Recruitment Industry
