Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate is responsible for planning and implementing recruitment strategy
- Manpower planning and budgeting with the business leaders.
- Exploring the market’s best practices and inculcating these practises in the system.
- Manage the End to End recruitment process and life-cycle, including candidate assessments, interviews, compensation discussions and offers. Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles as well as future talent pool.
- Handling both niche executive search program as well as driving high volume recruitment with end to end responsibility
- Redesigning processes & developing automated systems pertaining to Talent Acquisition
- Cost effective talent sourcing - across levels.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- At least 4-6 years of professional experience in headhunting or sourcing Middle, Senior, Top Management profiles.
- Strong on Recruitment systems and processes.
- Ability to strategize, negotiate and influence the business leaders.
- This role would involve interacting with senior level candidates and display extreme maturity in handling senior stakeholders.
- Ability to flex with changed business priorities and think strategically.
