Manager - Talent Acquisition


Purpose of Job:

- Responsible for end-to-end responsibilities across the recruitment lifecycle (campus & lateral) while ensuring that we attract, assess, and onboard top talent to meet our business needs. This involves close collaboration with business leaders, HR business partners, and external stakeholders to drive effective talent acquisition strategies. The job also entails driving the DEI agenda of the division across the touchpoints of recruitment.

Key Responsibility Area:

- Campus Engagement & Recruitment

- Manage recruitment for 5+ campus streams across 15+ campuses for the tobacco and agri SBUs

- Design the campus strategy in line with business strategy keeping in mind KRAs across retention, cost, and quality parameters

- Evaluate quality of hire across campuses and modify campus strategy across different streams

Strategy & Budget:

- Creation and Implementation of an agile Talent Acquisition strategy for the division.

- Participate in Human Resource Planning & Budgeting exercise with focus on cost optimization, productivity and optimum utilization of manpower

- Assess talent needs of the businesses / functions along with HRBPs by following Org design principles and reduce TAT in ensuring optimum staffing levels

- Define & implement the appropriate source mix, streamline processes and focus on automation

- Consistently track multiple touchpoints, lead time and cost though required trackers/dashboard

DEI:

- Ensure DEI recruitment targets are met across businesses and functions

- Create DEI strategy for the recruitment vertical by optimizing sourcing and recruitment channels Requisition, CV Sourcing, Screening & Interviews

- Streamlining requisition process with the required approval and structure availability

- Implementing the right source mix inline with the business needs

- Recruitment consultant onboarding, agreement management, invoice/PO settlement and constant liaising for requirement sharing of different positions

- Finalizing interview panels and ensuring on-time interview completion

- Campus: Identification of colleges, freezing selection criteria, conducting online assessment, panel finalization, conduct interviews & GDs, convey shortlist etc.

Salary Fitment & Offer Release:

- Creation of salary fitment basis careful evaluation of internal & external comparators.

- Salary negotiation with the incoming candidates

- Creation of Hiring notes for approval from the divisional CEO

- Coordination with admin team for SF Onboarding link positions and TMC/AMC/DMC Notes

Onboarding:

- Oversee digitization of divisional induction program in collaboration with the L&D team

- Anchor all onboarding activities like SF onboarding documents, joining dates, internal team communications, email ID creation, asset allocation (laptop indents to IT Team), biometric registrations, welcome kits etc.

- Provide traineeship/internship letters for new joiners.

- Conduct online divisional induction program for all the new joiners

Compliances:

- Ensuring compliance on all audit points of background verification, induction, undertaking etc.
