Expectations:
- The incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda of the organization
- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to act as the Strategic Talent Partner to the business
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback and an efficient offer and on-boarding process
- Effectively lead a team of high-performing recruiters through compassionate management, collaboration, coaching, and development
- Educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving our tools and processes
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition across corporate functions in the Manufacturing Industry
- MBA in HR is a must
- Prior experience with reputed manufacturing organizations or search firms/recruitment consulting organizations will be preferred
- Experience in non-traditional recruitment strategies including market mapping is a must
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to strategize hiring plans working with key business stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
