Manager Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing)

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and referral programs, to source candidates.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to ensure they meet minimum qualifications.

- Coordinate interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.

- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.

- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.

- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.

- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resource with Proven experience of 8+ Years as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the Manufacturing Industry is Must.

2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

3. Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.

4. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.

5. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

6. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
