Job Title: Asst Manager-Talent Acquisition Relevant post-MBA experience needed is 6 to 9 years Job Title: Asst Manager-Talent Acquisition Educational Degree : MBA or PG in Human Resources Management Professional Experience (years in what processes and function) :6-10 years experience in Technical centre or R&D Centre Overview of the role : - Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (Staffing CoE) supports End to End staffing requirements of all Businesses and functions across India. - As a Staffing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for understanding the talent needs, strategizing and sourcing top talents, interview and assess the talents and partner with HRBPs and Hiring managers till the candidate is onboard. - Staffing specialist is expected to partner with the stakeholders in meeting the hiring needs of the organization with agreed SLA's. - To attract, screen, select and on-board top-talent, primarily from Consultants - Partnering with business stakeholders to understand business plans & design plans for proactive hiring/ talent mapping. - Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for multiple business functions - Drive recruitment analytics across different business units. - Being a credible & trusted talent acquisition partner for business leaders, line managers and adding value through new initiatives and thorough engagement on recruitment & related processes. - Work extensively with recruitment consultants to map the market and source the right candidate. - Managing & Engaging Recruitment Partners in a structured manner to ensure a pipeline of trusted partners for multiple skills and domain areas & implement the framework designed for fair assessment of recruitment partners - Managing talent acquisition MIS for Management & Internal Reporting - Define and track the responsibilities of the team member which will be aligned to the individual's career goals and organization's goals - Identify the strengths of the team members and assign the responsibilities accordingly - Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address
