- Co-coordinating with different Business Stakeholders for manpower planning
- Use Various sourcing metrics to identify right talent as part of talent pipeline building
- Reviewing resumes to determine whether candidates are qualified for the position
- Validating and Screening applicants based on the suitability towards to pre-defined manpower requisition
- Conducting Interviews, scheduling next level discussions of shortlisted candidates with Hiring Managers Technical Team
- Salary discussions & Offer Negotiation
- Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
- Coordination with Recruitment Partners
