The position will lead Talent Acquisitions initiatives across function & role for pan India.
- Leading a team of 2 recruiters to manage the complete talent acquisition life-cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Responsible for driving recruitment /Campus hiring.
- Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
- Responsible for Employer branding by positioning company as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates.
- Support and Execute Regional Recruitment initiatives.
Requirement :
- Minimum of Ten (10) years' work experience in Talent acquisition in MNC preferably in Manufacturing setup.
- Post Graduate.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior exposure to lead team.
- Energy, Passion and Drive.
