Job Responsibility: To deliver proactive recruiting strategies through the use of market insights and data to position the company as the employer of choice in the lifesciences industry.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Set vision, strategy, and goals for all aspects of recruiting talent across the various Therapeutic Areas
- Lead effective recruiting process, practices and standards providing high quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Build solid relationships with key partners across the organization that yield consistent process and impactful results. Use data and market intelligence to provide consultative guidance.
- Regularly assess future talent needs and partner with business and finance to ensure appropriate budgeting is in place to support recruiting demand.
- Effectively partner with fellow Human Resource partners, collectively supporting the business while providing advise as the recruiting expert.
Ideal Candidate:
MBA with 10+ years in recruitments. Ability to work in matrix environment. Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally. Industry open.
