Role: Lead Talent Acquisition BU
Primary Responsibilities:
- The talent acquisition manager will lead a team of recruiters focused on talent acquisition for a specific BU.
- Lead and Manage over technology hiring.
- Hire and train a strong team of technical sourcing professionals and generate a strong database of top talent which is aligned with the overall hiring needs.
- Responsible for gathering Market Intelligence, guide the team on hard to hire positions and come up with a comprehensive sourcing strategy for each role and business lines.
Experience:
- Overall 12+ years of experience in technology hiring
- Should have managed team size of about 10 recruiters
- Thorough understanding of recruiting trends across, while it is necessary but not limited to, tech/B2B/SaaS/B2C companies
