Job Description :
Core Responsibilities And Duties :
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end Recruitment process, including campus and lateral hiring.
- The incumbent would be expected to come up with recruitment plan based on the approved headcount
- Plan the recruiting budget and manage associated costs
- Identify relevant sources for recruitment, stay networked in the industry, track movements of key potential talent in the market
- Should be able to manage senior level stakeholders and provide timely information/data
- Manage relationship with campuses, ensure BCC gets preferential slots during campus hiring season
- Conduct engagement activities on campus along with the campus champions
- Be able to manage recruitment logistics such as recruiting calendar and interviewing plan for open position and ensure robust resume pipeline for all open positions and conduct prescreening interviews
- Actively gather market intelligence and share key trends with manager
- Track relevant recruitment matrices and managing dashboards
- Provide support to implement new HR programs and activities
Specific skills required :
- Hands on experience of having handled consulting/KPO hiring
- Proficient in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reporting
- Effective communicator, with proven problem solving skills
- Strong team player ability, collaborative, inclusive approach to working with the team
- High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to take lead on coordinating and executing logistics on a hands on basis
- Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams
- Strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience & Qualifications : 10+ years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in leading Recruitment. Post graduate degree/diploma in HR will be desired
