- Responsible for the entire life-cycle of tech/non tech recruitment including strategy, sourcing, short-listing,pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling and negotiation
- Performance management and reviews
- Managing payroll, other remuneration & compensation benefits
- Employee morale, engagement and resolution of employee concerns.
Desired Profile :
- MBA with minimum 7 years of experience in handling Talent Acquisition.
