We are exclusively working on Recruitment manager mandate with one of our growing technology services client which excels in delivering niche solutions in Blockchain, Cyber Security, Fastag based Tolling Platforms & Logistics, 3D Printing, IoT and Data Science.
They are looking to hire experienced talent acquisition manager with 7+ years of work experience in tech and non tech hiring and managed senior stakeholders. Incumbent will be responsible to report to Head - HR and dotted line report to CEO and COO.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to closely work with senior management of company for mid to senior level hiring for across functions and participate in campus recruitment.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs.
- Lead and manage a team of junior recruiters and direct their daily priorities, ensuring that activity and production levels match company expectations.
- Partner with various SBU's managers to ensure they are satisfied with the speed, urgency, and quality provided by the recruiting team.
- Involved in compensation negotiations and offer management.
Key essential to qualify for this role :
- Must have Masters / Post Graduate degree
- At least 6+ years of experience in Talent acquisition role in mid to large corporate firms. Ideally from IT Services firm.
