Manager - Talent Acquisition Talent Acquisition Manager: - Our client is one of the large organization providing high end technology of data solutions, building designs and industrial design to their Manufacturing and Real Estate clients. For last more than 25 years they have supported their clients in accelerating their engineering and business processes with technologies like AI & Automation, BIM Solutions and Analytics, Business Process Management and Analytics and Campaign Management. - Presently, they seek to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Ahmedabad. The role demands management of complete end to end Talent Acquisition for India and Global region. The role will hire for technologies like Business Process Management, Data Science and IOT across India. This position will report to the Head HR and will have a small team. KRAs of the role are to: 1. Work with business leaders and HR business partners to research, design and implement a proactive recruitment strategy that will successfully delivery on all recruitment needs. 2. Build a clear understanding of current and future resourcing requirements, ensuring the team is set up to successfully deliver on all current and future needs 3. Provide strong leadership to the recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, sources of hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, etc. 4. Lead organization's understanding of the external marketplace, driving recommendations for change based on changing market dynamics and the impact they can have on co. 5. Take a lead on employer branding initiatives that support organization's reputation as an employer of choice. 6. Ensure the company culture and values are represented throughout the resourcing process. Skills & Experience ; Essential: 1. Must have 10+ years of experience of working within an IT/ITES or services organization, and with experience of working for a multi-national Company. 2. Should have good experience in lateral hiring, volume hiring with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 3. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. job boards, social networks, etc.) 4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates). 5. Strong organization skills, with the ability to project manage and prioritize across a wide range of priorities
