Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT

Job Description:

- As an Talent Acquisition, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire the most qualified candidates in order to bring the best available talent at the right time and for the right compensation.

- You'll utilize effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a qualified/diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in an effective and efficient manner.

- You'll also lead the process of developing and executing a staffing plan for each individual requisition.

- This opportunity also involves using an applicant tracking system, and in-person screening for both internal and external candidates and applying business-driven selection and screening criteria to assist the Hiring Manager in selecting a qualified diverse pool of candidates.

Requirements for the position include:

- Bachelor's degree/PG in Human Resources, Business or a related field

- 7-9 years' full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency based interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business with high-volume, non-exempt positions is strongly preferred

- Work experience with process and project management is preferred.

- Experience with End to end recruitment, stakeholder management including requirement gathering till closure of the position. Have successfully designed delivery framework, work plan, approach and methodology

- Strong interpersonal skills.
