- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for IT
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring Python developers, Front End Developers, Back End Developers, Java Script , etc
- Should have an MBA or an equivalent Masters Degree
- Min of 10 to 15 years of hiring experience in IT Hiring
- Ability to handle a team of 4 - 6
- Should be able to close 10 - 20 quality hires a month
- Should have handled hiring of Jr. level IT Recruitment
- Should have handled cost per hire, hiring budgets, quality of hire
- Should be able to handle the leadership team independently
- GB Certification / Quality Certifications will be an added advantage
