As Manager -TA, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. You must also promote the company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events. - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks, platforms and professional networks) - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. - Lead employer branding initiatives ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals. - Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates. - Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers. Skills and Expertise: - Proven work experience of 5 to 7 years as a Talent Acquisition in the US, UK and South East Asian Market Specialist or similar role. - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. - MBA from a good B-School. - Worked in global MNCs in hiring Tech talent. - Worked extensively on Campus strategy, Employer Branding, Diversity hiring, and other initiatives.
