Job Description :
- To define, establish and execute a robust talent acquisition process that meets the growing needs of the business group.
- Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines
- Responsible for building sourcing capability within the team with particular focus on direct sourcing and social media recruiting.
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
- Will be the single point of contact for all hiring related information as well as escalations for the business group.
- Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability.
- Ensure all mandates are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires.
- Responsible for maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as other adhoc reports.
Experience :
- 12 + years of hands on HR experience. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of recruitment across all levels with special focus on middle and senior level hiring.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships including senior leaders
- IT /Technology experience will be preferred.
- Must have associated with KPO/Shared Service/Global Offices /Strategic Management Consulting Firms/IT Software Services
