An important role which supports the development of key global talent pipelines for specified business areas and roles. Working in partnership with Global and local Talent Acquisition teams you'll be the source of expertise for administrative and operational support that help us secure the talent that needs to meet the business goals.
To succeed you will take ownership for new employee orientation and onboarding activities, as well as recruitment administrative support activities related to recruitment campaigns for senior and executive level hires. You will resolve candidate, hiring manager and HR peer queries related to the talent acquisition process, escalating issues that you cannot resolve. Serving as a key point of contact, you will reconcile information from various sources (such as candidate expense reports or budget documents) - ensuring completeness and accuracy (or following up on any discrepancies).

Essential Requirements :
6 - 10 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate setting
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Able to handle a large volume of transactional work with a high level of consistency
Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
Strong focus on customer service/support
Detail oriented and focused on delivering results
Proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers
Inquisitive, Curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery
Team Player - Collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider team
Desirable Requirements :
Master's Degree with HR specialization would be most preferable
