Manager - Talent Acquisition
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Ability to manage multiple processes/hirings while meeting deadlines
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Able to manage vendors, external recruitment agencies/staffing firms & track performance
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the team of recruiters to improve their performance
- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels along with market mapping & planning
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by seeking out and implementing new recruiting tools and technologies
- Create and maintain recruitment metrics to measure and report on performance
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment status and progress
- Maintain MIS, recruitment dashboards, perform TA Analytics for senior leadership
- US Healthcare operations along with IT Hiring experience is preferred
What you will bring:
- Experience: 10-12 years experience in recruitment industry, preferably operations & IT
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or MBA in HR or a similar degree
- Technology Skills: Microsoft Office Skills
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with a team of recruiters
- Communication Skills: Well versed in methods to effectively identify and process stakeholder requirements.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact with internal clients to ensure positive customer experience
- Project Management Skills: Ability to work on and execute several recruitment related projects simultaneously
