Manager - Talent Acquisition - Internet/Online (8-13 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership for Team performance. Should be a strong Team player & Leader.
- Partnered with external hiring managers to drive staffing solutions for meeting the business objectives.
- Own the entire recruitment cycle: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Strongly Involved in Identifying the Talents, pipelining, Application Tracking System, Implementing Sourcing Strategies thru Various Sourcing Channels & Mix.
- Experience in effectively recruitment of candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies.
- Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each requirement, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.
- Oversees Alliances with Hiring Managers, Vendors, External agencies.
- Implementing talent acquisition approach, cost effective talent sourcing strategy.
- Expertise in acquiring skills thru various sources (Portal search, Social Networking, database, advertising search, competency building.
- Taking care of TA analytics.
- Work on Vendor Management.
