Job brief :
- To provide lead recruitment, attrition management and employee branding across non technology/ corporate related verticals within the organization.
- This role requires exceptional drive and ability to deliver under guidance of experienced peers.
Responsibilities (time spent%) :
- Recruitment (70%): Proactively search for candidates and maintain a relation with peers in the D2C/ ecommerce industry. Source candidates both via direct outreach and via online portals (Naukri, iimjobs, recruiters etc.)
- Employee retention and attrition (20%): Work with HRBP team to create heat map for attrition (across functions and levels) based on internal and external interactions. Achieve yearly targets for attrition as guided by management
- Employee branding (10%): Responsible for marketing the organization on LinkedIn, recruiting portals and targeted campuses to attract better quality if talent
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the agency, maturity and discretion. - Work experience: 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably a recruitment agency + ecommerce)
