- Screening and shortlisting profiles asper the requirement from job portals like Naukri, Monster and Social Networking sites like
- LinkedIn and referrals; negotiating on salaries and finalizing as per the offer, Through Team.
- Conducting Exit Formalities like Issuing Relieving, Experience, Termination Letters, and coordinating in activity Handover, Exit
- Interview and F &F.
- Managing smooth implementation Talent acquisition, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (job portals, social platforms and professional networks.),External
- Vendors, IJP, Campus Recruitment.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
- Coordinates with Business HR partners and Line managers till the position is closed.
- Liaison between various departments as it relates to resourcing across all departments.
- Also works directly with Employee Engagement, Learning & Development and HR Ops to facilitate appropriate staffing across the organization based on aggregate understanding of budget requirements.
Education : BE+MBA (Compulsory)
