Manager - Talent Acquisition - Internet/eCommerce

We are hiring for a leading Internet company based out of Mumbai

TA Manager Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Design job descriptions for new roles with input from hiring managers

2. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans

3. To liaise with account managers and external recruiters

4. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

5. Plan employee referral programs & IJP

6. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

7. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc.)

8. Help in improvising the talent acquisition process

9. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

10. Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team

11. Create and present MIS reports

12. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

13. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
