- Recruitment demand management - Review all new demands generated for recruitment and define fulfillment plan with time to hire.

- Sourcing planning and market intelligence - responsible for managing demand-supply of resources and delivering value from a cost, cycle time, quality, process and customer satisfaction perspective.

- Handling day to day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, reporting.
