The ideal prospect for this role will be a Post Graduate in MBA-HR with 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition - Sales Force Hiring along with Business partnering and Preference will be given to professionals from Telecom, FMCG, Pharma Industry with hands on experience in Sales Force Hiring.

- End to end recruitment process; Develop recruitment strategy; Manpower analysis, Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization; planning and budgeting in accordance with business needs; set up and manage systems and processes to suitable talent; Establish highly efficient and effective work procedures to ensure high quality recruiting services are provided

HR Business Partnering :

- Manage and lead HR team members to execute operational human resources activities and services; monitor and maintain an organized personnel information system, and payroll records; and organize activities to promote morale, integration and sense of belonging.Design and implementation of HR Systems and Policies, covering, among others, recruitment, retention, succession and career planning,
