Role- Manager- Talent Acquisition and HRBP
- Couple of years as business partner of mid size unit
- Serve as key strategic partner to the business leaders and managers.
- Provide inputs in the business strategy from a talent perspective. S/he will align HR programs / solutions to business goals and performance.
- The individual will partner with business teams, demonstrate sound business acumen, and 'coach' the leadership team on critical HR issues.
- Takes ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs. Organizing & designing learning & development programs to enhance the Skills/competencies.
- S/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and execute in areas of Benefits, Performance Management, Policy Making, Employee Engagement, Employee relations and Talent Analytics.
- Driving strong sense of integrity, ethics and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies

Location : Bangalore
Experience & Education :
- Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level
- Full time MBA (HR), BE/B.Tech (Preferred)
- Prior experience of setting up and stabilizing HR function for BPO / KPO sustainable performance is preferable.
- The candidate should be with hands on HR experience and with bias towards execution.
