HR Manager - TA & HR Business Partner

This is regarding an opening with a leading financial institution in Mumbai.

Role : HR Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Sourcing relevant candidates matching the skill-sets required.

2. Speaking with candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining a database of potential candidates.

3. Conducting the initial screening interviews and coordinating the further rounds with the business.

4. Rolling out offer letters and taking care of joining formalities.

5. Ensuring candidates have a great on-boarding & orientation experience.

6. Organizing Recruitment Events and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the right candidates are hired for the right position.

7. Monitoring the recruiting metrics and data dashboards and sharing with key stakeholders on a regular basis.

8. Ensuring that all positions are closed within agreed upon timelines and candidates are engaged during and after the offer roll out.

9. Bringing in process improvements and greater use of technology to improve recruiting procedures.

10. Networking with other employers, employees and key stakeholders.

11. Forecasting and planning for future hiring needs and building a strong pipeline.

12. Partnering with the business to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium and long term requirements.
