About our Client - Our client is an established Multinational Company in the Healthcare Industry in India. They have a diverse business base along with product manufacturing in the country. Known very strongly for their growth, culture and integrity, our client is looking to hire a seasoned professional to manage their Talent Acquisition team in India. This role is based in Delhi/NCR.
Job Description : Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR you will manage a team with your main responsibilities including:
- Identifying talent gaps and trends within support areas and proactively building supply channels to fill those needs.
- Partnering with business managers and HR Business Partners on market trends, effective screening techniques and sharing best practices.
- Building and implementing a process to identify and maintain relationships with potential talent.
- Partnering with hiring manager to identify roles in interview and selection process.
- Overseeing offer negotiation end to end
- Managing partnerships with search and research firms
The Successful Candidate:
- You must be a HR professional with at least eight years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources business partnering.
- A proven track record in sourcing, relationship building along with strong strategic and problem solving skills is a must.
- Knowledge and experience with staffing and sourcing technologies is a must.
- Strong project management, presentation and communication skills with the ability to multi-task will be pivotal in your selection.
