- Determine current recruitment needs and produce forecasts.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Actively handle relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with business leaders and HR business partners to capture input and work accordingly
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Induction and onboarding of candidates
