The incumbent will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition strategy for Mid management & above hiring:
- Manpower planning - partner business leaders, understand their requirements and giving proactive hiring support
- Internal team - Manage, drive, motivate and improve the productivity of internal recruitment team
- A process is driven - Manage external and internal hiring process
- Candidates on-boarding - Manage end to end hiring process from sourcing till onboarding of the candidates
- Responsible for driving the core TA projects e.g TA dashboards, cost-effective hiring projects, and other key projects.
- Work closely on driving social media campaigns and participating in external TA forum.
- Drive Campus engagement program for the organization / Execute the summer internship program
- Monitor & regulate the hiring practices at plant & regions.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of TA experience in the consumer industry
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Process driven - should have handled TA independently and through the team
