Manager - Talent Acquisition - FMCG/FMCD/Retail/Pharma

Incumbent should have experience in following aspects of HR :

- Complete understanding of Talent Acquisition Vertical.

- Should be open to work for other verticals as well.

- Should be able to demonstrate new initiatives in hiring, talent attraction, summer training hiring, employee value proposition, strong on LinkedIn and iimjobs, 

- Can work as HR generalist role in future.

Understanding of aspects such as L&D,OD, Talent Management etc.

Experience : 10-12 Years
